History

STC Group was founded as a Holding company for EPC businesses, for which it provided corporate services: administration and cost control, IT and HR. Following the sale of the operating companies, it decided — drawing on a team with extensive experience built over the group's history — to enter the market directly as an EPC company.

• 1981 Incorporation of STC srl (EPC contractor)
• 1995 Incorporation of STC GROUP srl (corporate services)
• 1995 – 2025 Corporate & Management services to the group's companies
• 2026 Corporate restructuring, becoming an EPC contractor
